Alongside the usual Chai goodness, Chai Wallahs will also be playing host to takeovers from a host of your favourite Shambala venues:

Swingamajig – A world of yesteryear, of feather boas, top hats and monocles, a world where ragtime is king, moonshine is queen and where all the cats come out at night!

Rebel Soul – Shambala’s beating political heart, bringing together people fighting for change. Expect all the usual Rebel Soul-y, folky, punky, techno-y good stuff.

Compass presents – Inspired by rickety fairground relics and a true diversity of entertainment, the Compass team are here to deliver their usual genre-smashing acts and oddities, sure to enthral and delight. 

Bayou’s – If you have a hankerin’ for some honky tonk, or if it’s bluegrass that dills your pickle, do not miss the Bayou’s takeover – the most happening hootenanny on site.

Phantom Laundry – The very best in poetry, spoken word, live music and fine vinyl from across the UK and beyond

The Social Club – Jaw dropping circus and cabaret plus bloody brilliant bands, all hosted by everyone’s favourite debauched landlady, Goldie Fiasco.

The Pink Flamingo Jazz Bar – A top secret, underground venue goes overground, for one year only! There’s no excuse for not finding the Flamingo now. Expect the most swoon-worthy, mind bending live jazz on the circuit.

The HumanKIND Carnival! – Humans get a bad rep – which, a lot of the time, is a fair cop. However we are also capable of the most incredible feats of creativity, invention, discovery, kindness and empathy. Over the past 18 months, we’ve not had half as much human connection as we’d have liked to, so we want to take this opportunity to celebrate, through clever costumery, what YOU consider to be the absolute pinnacle of human achievement, be it Sergeant Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club, the Sistine Chapel, space travel or sliced bread.
