We provide all inclusive packages for you to experience workshops and talks such as Know Your Cycle, Know Yourself – Exploring the cycle as a tool for self care; The Anti Diet Riot Club – Body Positivity Life Drawing; From Menarche to Menopause – A facilitated conversation between anyone and everyone, to ask those tricky questions and share insightful stories and Period up your Pants – a crafty workshop decorating and making fabulous your knickers!
Once inside you’ll find a calm and welcoming space with places to sit, relax and learn all things menstruation. Outback you’ll find our secluded, special venue “Squishy Corner” a cosy, dedicated space for those wanting to lie down and take time out. And not least of all the “Hot Flushes”, a toilet and sink providing a private space in which to clean your menstrual cup.
But most importantly this is an education and information hub for everyone. Facts and stats adorn the walls for those who want to find out more about periods…everything you wanted to know but were too shy to ask!
