Oxfam Stewards
We’re very excited to be reunited with our trusty high-vis heroes at Shambino! Each Oxfam Steward at Shambino will be required to work 3 x 8 hour shifts. As part of the application, you’ll be required to lodge a deposit of £185 which Oxfam will refund back to your bank after the festival on successful completion of your shifts.
Stewarding is a great way to enjoy the festival while also helping some of the poorest people in the world break free from poverty – even while you’re dancing in fancy dress!

Bar Volunteers
Calling all pint pullers and cocktail connoisseurs! Refresh West are on the hunt for a team of all-round good eggs to join the bar crew at Shambino. You’ll be required to work x2 shifts over the duration of the festival in return for your ticket. As part of the application, you’ll need to lodge a deposit of £150 which will be refunded to you on successful completion of your shifts.
